I am looking at different ways to support people’s fitness and health while they are staying at home or avoiding gyms and public places.
As part of this, I am now offering remote training sessions online for individuals and groups. We are trialling a simple method to deliver sessions this week.
I will continue to update you when more information is available.

Besides maintaining my own fitness - I am currently working with everyone from elite athletes to families with young children and my 85 year old grandma.
