Please be aware if you cancel the session within less than 24 hours notice, I will still have to charge for that session, because I could have filled your session time with another client.
Please be aware that for positive results, you will be expected to follow a healthy eating plan as well as participate in a home workout between sessions.
Please note that if you are situated outside of the 3 mile radius from Bournemouth or Christchurch, an additional fee will be applied to the cost of the service to cover petrol costs and travel time. This will be calculated fairly using your distance (in miles) outside of my usual working zone.
