Setting Goals

The secret to effective Personal Training is setting realistic goals. With clear goals I know that I am more motivated and able to achieve new fitness levels. Health and fitness changes do not happen over night - consistent exercise, the right fuel and enough rest are vital.

Once I had identified my goals and my reasons for getting fitter I started to select the right type of training for me and found that my commitment increased. My personal mix of exercise includes running, hiking, mixed martial arts, cycling, swimming, paddleboarding, surf ski events and calisthenics.

As a qualified Gym Instructor,  Personal Trainer and Sports Massage Therapist I am pleased to use my experience to work with people of all ages.
