Having competed in many running events and surfski races I have seen my body go through a lot. I do a variety of training towards my sports because I like the idea of pushing myself in different ways. I also know that if I don't change my training reguarly that my body will get used to the exercise I am doing therefore I will not be acheiving new results.

When I train my clients who are going to be competing in an event, are looking to join a team or just excel in their current sport I don't just focus on one training element. I work with my clients on injury prevention, strength training, agility training, learning how to breathe properly, how to use your muscles effectively, correcting posture, mobility and stamina.

I have a passion for sport and I am willing to teach others what I have learnt over the years.
