If you are not careful at work you can make yourself susceptible to injury. Whether you work in an active or sedentary job if you have poor posture, never stretch, do too many repetitive movements or overwork your muscles then you might find that your range of movement has decreased and feel pain with the smallest of movements.

If you choose to do personal training with me I will look at what is required of your job role and I will create you a treatment and strength plan based on what I have found. By following the plan with me, I can develop your body so that it can handle all pressures of work.
