One To One
When you sign up to One To One training with me you will get your own personalised workouts and personalised food diary. I will record necessary data at the start of our sessions so that we can see how well you are progressing.
I will take the time to listen to your needs and expectations. I will help you to set some attainable short term and long term goals.
The workouts that we do will vary so that they are not all the same, making it challenging and fun. I will bring the workouts to you, they can take place either in the comfort of your own home or in an outdoor location.
