Sedentary Workplace

The body was not designed to remain stationary for long periods, unfortunately in the modern world many people have to spend long hours sitting at a desk or in front of a computer. Solutions include personal training and sports massage therapy.

General Inactivity and lack of motivation to exercise can lead to weight gain and low energy. I am pleased to work one to one with people privately, or offer fitness and support to groups of people in their workplace.
