Many people know that this week has been Mental Health Awareness week, but what some people might not know is the positive influence exercise can have on their wellbeing.

When exercising, we release chemicals known as endorphins. Endorphins pass signals to our brain receptors which alter our perception of pain. As a result, a ‘feel-good’ feeling is given off!

There’s so much hate in the world, why not be a positive influence and encourage others to partake in exercise. Exercise doesn’t have to be high intensity or physically draining, it can be as simple as a walk.
