I have had really great feedback from people attending the two early morning FLEXIBILITY & MOBILITY classes at Christchurch Rowing Club.

Everyone is welcome to join us on Tuesdays from 7.00 to 7.45 or from 8.00 to 8.45. You simply wear loose clothing for these 45 minute ‘no sweat’ sessions which are a great way to start your day. Stretching correctly, along with specific exercises, helps all ages and body types to have more energy and improved range of movement.

The Rowing Club lounge is a fantastic room with glass overlooking the river and plenty of natural light from the rising sun is agreat way to start the day. We provide exercise mats and there is plenty of space. There is also free parking.

I have seven years experience as a qualified Personal Trainer and Gym Instructor. I am pleased to work with people of all ages, both one-to-one and in groups. I am also a qualified Massage Therapist.

I have used my knowledge to bring together a range of movements that truly give a full body workout. Starting the day with your body aligned and flexible is a good way to avoid injury for everything from sports to daily activities.

Body movements include neck, shoulder, back, core and legs. Smaller movements focus on wrists and forearms - often overlooked but becoming increasingly important as people spend more time on computers and mobile devices.

My clients range from teenagers starting their fitness journey to retired people aiming to stay as active as possible. All ages are welcome to our Tuesday sessions, but anyone under 16 should be accompanied by an adult.
