Flexibility & Mobility

I work with my clients on injury prevention, strength training, agility training, learning how to breathe properly, how to use muscles effectively, correcting posture, mobility and stamina.

I address tight muscles and weak muscles which either need to be released or strengthened. I incorporate different exercises and stretches which target these areas. These specific exercises will help to strength the core and work on the key muscle groups which are responsible for supporting functional activities.

My thoughts on injury prevention is pre-hab before re-hab. Under the right exercise regime and with supporting massage you can prevent future injuries from occurring. I should know as I have been running for over 15 years and I constantly work on exercises and recieve regular massage to keep myself going forward.
