It has taken me many years to start this blog considering that my journey started at the age of 16, so I have had a long time to work out what I want to write. I’m now 34 years old and for years I have found solutions to niggling problems. There has been dark days, really dark days where I have felt at wits end and days where I busted out the infamous ‘Back to the Future’ song where Doc Brown realises his efforts have paid off. Over the years I’ve struggled with hair loss, mental health, stress, loss of loved one’s, poor eye health, injuries, seeing clients with problems which persisted until one day I got there. To working out how to help clients move without the use of walking aids. I never gave up and I really got used to trial and error. Try, try, try again really stuck with me, especially with my hair until eventually I worked out the solution. At the age of 19 I was told to accept my hair loss and let it happen. Well here I am with the thickest head of hair I’ve had since I was 18, seeing improvements after every haircut and a hairline which is just getting better and better. Hands down I believe if I can do this so can you. There’s no quick fix but don’t let others tell you what’s not possible. Otherwise I don’t know where I’d be today.
